We’ve been busy this year!

This year has been off to a great start, check out what we’ve been up to so far this year!

January:

  • January 9 – We donated $500 to Artslink in New Martinsville for their Neighborhood Investment Program where the money was used to pay for musicians to come and play during their Summer Coffeehouse Series. February:

  • We honored Black History Month by sharing stories of African Americans who have greatly influenced development in banking, finance and business.
  • February 3 – We hosted an informative financial literary session with the parents and staff at our partner in education, Franklin Elementary Center where we discussed everything from credit awareness to budgeting.

March:

  • We celebrated Credit Education Month by sharing tips and tricks to educate our community more on credit and how to manage yours.
  • March 7 – We visited and read to students at Franklin Elementary Center during Read Across America Week. This week is meant to inspire the youth to dive farther into reading at any age level.   • March 14 – Celebrated Pi Day with some sweet office treats.
  • March 20 – We attended the Marietta Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner.
  • March 28 – President and CEO Tammy Belcher attended the Ohio Bankers League Women in Banking Conference, speaking as a member of the Women in Leadership panel where she discussed what it means to be a female leader.
