Tammy Belcher

Tammy Belcher is the President of First Mutual Bank.  She represents First Mutual Bank throughout the region and has ultimate responsibility for the sales, operations and financial performance of the bank.

Tammy has strong regional roots and extensive experience in banking. Most recently, Tammy was Vice President, Risk and Compliance Officer at First Mutual Bank, assuming this position in January 2018 when Belpre Savings Bank and Doolin Security Savings Bank merged to form First Mutual Bank. In this role, she was responsible for providing regulatory guidance to bank employees and the board of directors, and maintaining best practices for risk management across all lines of business. Tammy has held other roles of increasing responsibility for First Mutual Bank and Legg-Mason, including experience in operations, sales, lending compliance and marketing.

Belcher holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marshall University. She also completed the American Bankers Association Graduate School of Compliance Management.
