Catherine Barker

Cathy is VP, lending operations officer at First Mutual Bank. In this role, Cathy oversees the daily operations of the lending department, as well as working directly with customers to help them choose the loan products that best meet their needs. She has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, with extensive experience in mortgage and consumer lending.

Cathy joined Belpre Savings Bank in 2015 as VP, lending operations officer, assuming her current role at First Mutual Bank in January 2018. She also works with the Wood County Economic Development Authority. She has received advanced training through a number of financial services industry courses and seminars.
