Tammy Belcher

Tammy Belcher is the president and CEO of First Mutual Bank. She represents First Mutual Bank throughout the region and has ultimate responsibility for the sales, operations and financial performance of the bank.

Tammy has strong regional roots and extensive experience in banking. Most recently, she was VP, compliance and risk officer, assuming this position in 2017 when Belpre Savings Bank and Doolin Security Savings Bank merged to form First Mutual Bank. In this role, she was responsible for providing regulatory guidance to bank employees and the board of directors, including maintaining best practices for risk management across all lines of business. She previously held two roles at Belpre Savings Bank: VP, compliance officer and deposit operations. Additionally, Tammy has held other roles of increasing responsibility throughout her career, including experience in operations, sales, lending compliance and marketing.

Currently, Tammy is VP of the Belpre Area Chamber of Commerce, a board member of the Belpre Area Community Foundation, and a Belpre Rotary Member. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marshall University. She also completed the American Bankers Association Graduate School of Compliance Management.
